Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registrations made for webinars, workshops, or educational programs are final.

Once a seat is booked and payment is successfully processed, the registration cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded.

Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance, partial participation, or technical issues on the participant’s end (such as internet connectivity or device issues).

In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
